I just got back from that, too! But man, the forced “I’m playing medieval-esque nobility!” accent. It just. It has to DIE. It shows up in every movie where the main weapon is a sword, no matter the actor/actress’s skills in other flicks.

it’s not so much that it was bad per se - I was entertained the entire time. Underwhelmed is one way to put it - I guess I just expected something more, I dunno, original? Innovative? Cerebral? Anyway, Fassbender and Idris are gorgeous and Noomi Rapace didn’t completely annoy me and Charlize so yeah, I’d still say it’s worth a viewing.
Try writing haiku about your feelings re. Prometheus. That’s what I’ve been doing. The syllable limit seems to help clarify things. :P
